Microsoft MVP 2025/2026 – Five Years in a Row!

🏆 Microsoft MVP 2025/2026 — Five Years in a Row & Now with 2 Technology Areas!

I’m incredibly honored and excited to share that I’ve been renewed as a Microsoft MVP for the fifth consecutive year — in the Microsoft 365 Award Category — and this time with two distinct Technology Areas:

  • 🧩 M365 Development
  • 🤖 M365 Copilot Extensibility

This five-year streak is more than just a number — it’s a milestone that brings with it the Blue Ring 🟦, a symbol of sustained contribution, passion, and connection to the global community.

✨ Why This Renewal Feels Extra Special

In previous years, I’ve been focused on classic Microsoft 365 development: SharePoint Framework, Teams apps, Graph API, and enterprise integration. But over the past year, I’ve deeply embraced the Copilot wave — exploring how to extend AI in meaningful, responsible, and scalable ways across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Being recognized with Copilot Extensibility as a second area is not just a personal achievement — it’s a sign of how quickly our industry is evolving. AI agents, plugin architectures, and orchestration flows are no longer futuristic dreams — they’re today’s building blocks.

💡 The Road Ahead

As we move into the age of AI-powered productivity, I firmly believe that Copilot and AI extensibility represent the future of modern work. They’re redefining how we interact with tools, processes, and data — unlocking new levels of efficiency and innovation across every role and industry.

That said, I remain deeply connected to my roots in SharePoint development. SharePoint continues to be a cornerstone for enterprise solutions, and its integration with Microsoft 365 and Copilot opens exciting new scenarios for developers and architects alike.

In the coming months, I’ll continue to:

  • Explore and share real-world experiences with M365 Copilot APIs, Copilot Agents, and M365 Agents Toolkit
  • Publish new podcast episodes on Copilot Espresso ☕ — a space dedicated to making sense of AI in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Speak at local and international community events and conferences
  • Mentor developers and IT professionals exploring this new wave of AI-enhanced productivity
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and fellow MVPs to help shape the future of Modern Work

🙏 Thank You!

To the Microsoft MVP Award team, to my peers at Avanade, and to all the amazing people in the Microsoft 365 community — thank you! Your feedback, ideas, and questions push me every day to stay curious and keep building.

If you’re exploring Copilot extensibility or starting your journey into AI-powered workplace apps, I’d love to connect, collaborate, and learn together.

🚀 Let’s Keep Building the Future

Whether it’s classic M365 dev or AI extensibility, this journey is just beginning. Here’s to another year of learning, sharing, and building — together 💪
