My June 2026 Speaking Engagements - A Copilot-Packed Month

Hi folks,

June is shaping up to be one of the busiest and most exciting months of my year! 🚀 I’m thrilled to share a packed schedule of community events and conferences where I’ll be speaking, connecting with friends, and, as always, geeking out over the Microsoft 365 Copilot APIs.

If you’ve been following the blog, you already know how passionate I am about helping developers turn their Microsoft 365 data into secure, scalable, and intelligent AI-powered experiences. This month I get to bring that story to several stages, both online and in person, across Italy and Germany.

Here’s where you can catch me in June 2026:

🗓️ 1. M365 & Power Platform Community Call, June 4th

I’m kicking off the month with the M365 & Power Platform Community Call, organized by the amazing Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Community (PnP). These regular community calls are a fantastic way to stay up to date with the latest news, demos, and developer guidance across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a global community of makers and developers tuning in from all over the world.

For this call I have something special to share: I’ll be giving a live demo of the Copilot Engagement Program (CEP), my project that reached the finals of the SharePoint Hackathon 2026! 🏆

CEP is a solution that gamifies Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across an organization. Users earn points, badges, and leaderboard positions for the prompts they send in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and Loop. Under the hood it combines SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and an application customizer, Azure Functions (.NET 8), Microsoft Graph and the Copilot aiInteractionHistory API, plus a conversational Teams declarative agent built with the Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit. The whole thing is privacy-by-design: explicit consent, data minimization (only counts, never content), and one-click opt-out.

It’s always a pleasure to join the PnP family and show what the community can build with Copilot extensibility. Online and open to everyone, don’t miss it!

🗓️ 2. BeConnected Day 14, June 11th, Milan

Next up is BeConnected Day 14, taking place at the UCI Conference Center in Milan.

BeConnected Day bills itself as “the #1 free community event on Microsoft technology in Italy”: a fully free, in-person and online conference run by a passionate team of Microsoft MVPs and Modern Work experts. The agenda spans Microsoft 365, Copilot, Identity, Security, Compliance, and Power Platform, bringing together international speakers, technical sessions, and great networking.

Here I’ll be delivering my session “Hands-On with Microsoft 365 Copilot APIs”. Organizations want to unlock the value of their Microsoft 365 data with generative AI, but doing it in a secure, compliant, and scalable way is far from trivial. In this demo-driven, technical session we’ll explore how to use the Microsoft 365 Copilot APIs to turn enterprise data into intelligent experiences embedded directly into business processes.

We’ll dive into APIs like Retrieval, Search, and Meeting Insights, along with the governance and compliance mechanisms, including Interaction Export and Change Notifications. Through real-world scenarios, I’ll show how these APIs integrate with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, when to prefer them over Microsoft Graph, and how to design production-ready solutions without moving data outside the tenant.

🗓️ 3. Microsoft Build //localhost:Cagliari, June 22nd, Cagliari

This one is special, it’s happening in my home turf! 🏝️ Microsoft Build //localhost:Cagliari brings the energy of Microsoft Build to Cagliari, Sardinia, hosted at the Microsoft Reactor and organized by the Azure Meetup Casteddu community, the local community for everyone passionate about Microsoft Azure.

The //localhost format takes the official Microsoft Build announcements from San Francisco and brings them home to local developer communities, with sessions, talks, hands-on content, and the chance to connect with fellow developers in the region.

For this edition I have a huge honor: I’ll be opening the event with the keynote, and then delivering a session titled “AI Agents @ Work: The Rise of the Frontier Firm”, exploring how AI agents are reshaping the way organizations work and what it means to become a frontier firm. Getting to do this in Cagliari, close to home and alongside the Azure Meetup Casteddu community, makes it incredibly meaningful for me.

🗓️ 4. CollabDays Hamburg 2026, June 27th, Hamburg 🇩🇪

I’ll close the month by going international at CollabDays Hamburg 2026! CollabDays is one of my favorite community conference series, and returning to Hamburg is always a joy.

Honestly, in my opinion the Hamburg community is the best in Europe. Every single time they welcome me with so much warmth and affection that it feels like coming home. Meeting these people again is always a genuine pleasure, and it’s one of the events I look forward to the most.

Here I’ll present the international edition of “Hands-On with Microsoft 365 Copilot APIs”. Enterprise developers want to build AI-powered experiences on Microsoft 365 data, but doing so securely and at scale is challenging. In this demo-driven session, I’ll walk through the Microsoft 365 Copilot APIs and show how to turn enterprise data into AI-powered applications.

We’ll cover key APIs like Retrieval, Search, Chat, and Meeting Insights, and explore compliance with Interaction Export and Change Notifications. Live demos will show how these APIs work in practice, when to use them versus Microsoft Graph, and how to design production-ready solutions without moving data outside Microsoft 365.
